A beautiful day in Chicago for baseball – maybe a little warm – as the Cubs took on the Giants to determine the winner of the series. After a moment of silence for the great Giant Willie Mays it was time for baseball. The Cubs had strong pitching and some timely hitting and it looks like they might cruise to an easy win. Unfortunately, Jorge Solare had other plans as he hit a grand slam late off his old team to rally the Giants. The Cubs did manage to hold off the Giants for a 6 to 5 victory and a series win.
